After the demolition of existing housing had taken place Professional Remediation were appointed by Keepmoat to design and implement a full remediation strategy for a residential development. The work has been split into several key phases over a 12 month period that has allowed house building to continue without disruption from the on-going remediation works. Under the guidance of invasive plant specialists over 4,000 tonnes of knotweed contaminated soils were removed from site whilst working to ensure any risk of cross contamination is avoided.
